Monday workout 4/21 πŸ’ͺ🏼πŸ’ͺ🏼

I had to take a little rest last week to nurse some aches and pains, but excited to get back on track today:

-35 minute treadmill (3mph, 6 degree incline)

- upper body strength training

-20 minute abs and core video with Coach Dre

And she still had more exercises to do !πŸ˜‚
