I didnβt take any pics but I got some cardio in today and strength training by shoveling snow today. We had snow come thru the DMV area and I had to shovel my car out. This supposed to be a rest dayπ€¦π½ββοΈ
Good afternoon! Completed Move it Mondays recording. Again, slightly disappointed in the calorie burn because I feel I did better than that. But I ain't paying no mind to these devices because they ain't accurate. I got it done to the best I could and that's all I can do. Now the important part is I don't mess it up with poor nutrition choices. But I won't because I have my meals prepped πͺπͺπͺ

Good morning π Completed Saturday's AMRAP recording. Very challenging class and I'm quite disappointed it says I only burned 230 calories.
