Between this morning 6am walk(3.5 miles) and this mornings kick boxing class I got over 10,000 steps before 11am. This has been my goal for 2 months now to get 10,000 steps in a day. All thanks to VBF amazing coaches and the challenges and push. 💪🏾💪🏾

I forgot to take a pic because I was in a hurry to go get my walk in after class this morning but this morning class was sweaty. I was sweating like crazy and I had AC on. That was crazy to me but a good workout to start the week. 💪🏾💪🏾
