Work the Kettlebell excersize this morning. Because coach Dre had to do it twice because of not turning the recorder on🤦🏽‍♀️ I didn’t want his hard work to go in vain 😂. Thank you Coach❤️. Also 30 mins on the walking pad.

Had PT this morning turned my watch on while on the bicycle. Came home and did this workout.

Cats away this mouse don’t have time to play. Glucose is 109🤦🏽‍♀️. Not working for me. Goal is to get it back down to 99 or below💪🏾💪🏾

Coach Dre worked us this morning. The highest my heart rate got was 150. With a bad knee I made it thru💪🏾💪🏾. I’ll pay for it later😊
