Between this morning 6am walk(3.5 miles) and this mornings kick boxing class I got over 10,000 steps before 11am. This has been my goal for 2 months now to get 10,000 steps in a day. All thanks to VBF amazing coaches and the challenges and push. 💪🏾💪🏾
