Whew.. I made it through the 20 minute Super Set Strength workout.. can't believe all that in 20 minutes.. but I did it!!!
Did the recording of course I thought I choose something that didn't have any jumping it doesn't matter with this group you sweat as though you ran a marathon LOL... But it's a definite win for me today I did the 20 minute workout this morning did a recording I'm at 8000 steps I'm going to do two more thousand to get that 10 in I think it's just a watermelon night and bedtime

1. Do we have to pay if we are members?
2. How do you know we are participating as members?
3. How do we get access to the recipes and nutritional stuff?

My daughter and I did the 20 minute low impact-no jumping video.
Today's fb memories showed me what I looked like this time last year (after like 3 walking challenges) and I DEFINITELY need to get back on track. No excuses. Emmaleigh and I are determined to get in shape, get stronger, and feel better.
Did a recording today and thank you Coach for keeping us on track. Now I feel less guilty enjoying our Anniversary #13 year dinner tonight @Oak steakhouse
