I took a vacation mental health day so did this workout from yesterday. I can tell that I am stronger from Squatober! I even did regular burpees (which I greatly dislike)!

I can donate too!

Sorry I’m missing it! Looking forward to the replay.

Done!!! Wanting sculpted biceps/triceps and delts in addition to a strong back!

Blessed to be working from home today so I could actually attend a live class! The last few weeks have been really difficult and the scale is showing it. Trying to reboot!
