Welp—glad I did the first walking challenge day on Sunday to see what it felt like….back is cranked after the R&B abs class. I don’t know what I did. Hopefully it resolves soon! 😫😖

Puppy was mopey after her human left for band camp (he’s on staff)….so we took her for a new adventure and I got a good walk (and a 1 minute run!) in.

Crawling my way back to increasing my activity….one dog walk at a time!

My watch died in the middle of my workout—-only tracked about 5000 steps! #frustrated

So this was my workout today….moving my son and his new wife into their first place together—3rd floor apartment no elevator!

Modified 20 min workout 5/5 days this week (so far)! Today I added gentle bicep curls and forward shoulder raises with light weights! Hopefully I won’t pay for it later!

1. Do we have to pay if we are members?
2. How do you know we are participating as members?
3. How do we get access to the recipes and nutritional stuff?
