What a great workout! Iβm not, and will never be a runner. But this is the endurance training I need for my cycling!

Thereβs one more benefit of working out and a healthy diet that we donβt talk much about, and thatβs recovery from illness. For the past 3 days, I have been low sick. All I could do was sleep and take meds for chills and fever and this awful hacking cough. Today I woke up feeling a little better and decided that I needed to sweat this s#*t out. I managed to last the whole session. Working out enables your body to be stronger to recover more quickly!
