Sweet Mother of Jesus! This was insane. Yโ€™all know how tempting it is to cheat or quit when youโ€™re doing these workouts alone. But I kept at it with my 12s, 15s, and 20s.

Iโ€™ll miss you next week but you both deserve a break. Iโ€™m happy to stretch with whomever wants to on Wednesday.
