Happy Father’s Day, Coach Dre!

These 60-second sets were no joke! This felt like a 60 MINUTE workout.

Sweet Mother of Jesus! This was insane. Y’all know how tempting it is to cheat or quit when you’re doing these workouts alone. But I kept at it with my 12s, 15s, and 20s.

I’ll miss you next week but you both deserve a break. I’m happy to stretch with whomever wants to on Wednesday.
