I’m gonna have to get me one of those scales. I feel a lil difference in some clothes but I’m not gonna stop because I need the strength classes to help with menapause weight. Thanks for answering and the scale suggestion. ❤️

GM VBF Family I got a question. I’ve been trying to stay away from the scale but it’s not working. I like to keep up with my progress. Anyway I got on the scale yesterday and it’s going up instead of going down. My question is would it be because I’m lifting weights more now? I know muscles weigh more than fat. Please Help😩😩

This morning workout. Thanks Coach Dre for the push. Some excersizes that I was modifying I don’t modify anymore. Ladies good job this morning and I’m 58 the knees thou😂
