I’ve been missing my workouts and not working out. Mother is in the hospital in Fla and this is where I’m at. I’m even staying in the hospital. Hopefully be back soon and getting back to the workouts cause this hospital food is good but not good for me.

Calenthia Jackson mine twists too. I got mine from amazon. Three different sizes. I use the lighter one. My thighs are big I guess that’s why it twists 🤷🏽‍♀️
