Riced cauliflower ( season as you like ) with ground turkey with black beans ,peppers,onion ,canned tomatoes.Top with some plain Greek yogurt and taco seasoning when ready to eat .

I joined VBF in June 2023 and with exercise and " sort of" watching my diet😬 My Dr. took me off blood pressure meds.

12,000 steps the days I don't get a class in ,and 10,000 the days I do get a class .( min 3 classes this week)
