Plan to break fast today with this chicken and vegetable one pan dish... Zucchini, red bell pepper, red onion, and broccoli parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese on top pretty tasty

Breaking my fast with some rolled oats infused with cinnamon honey, and I use oat milk

I got about $2,100 steps in this 20 minute workout I definitely had to take a break and even slow it down so I can see this can definitely easily be 3,000 plus steps

Let me know if it comes through you should definitely check her out I'm preparing something now as I am speaking into this for the next couple of days for dinner which is just chicken and veggies but her stuff is easy and good
