Kettle bell with Coach Trish .... I alternated between the 15 lb kettle and the 20 lb barbell I think my 15 lb kettlebell felt heavier LOL

No weights on Monday I welcome yet I have so much sweat I can't even take a picture with my eyes open LOL great workout grateful that I made it because I had been sick since last Thursday now fighting the cold runny nose made it...afterwards I cooked what was a quick 30 minute healthy recipe that I found chicken sausage and orzo it's pretty tasty... y'all have a wonderful evening see you soon

Sweat glow... Did Coach Dre 20 minute low impact cardio plus light dumbbells which really didn't feel light LOL also did the 20 minute abs and deep core video great workouts... That second picture I'm sitting on my window sill trying to get some air y'all have a wonderful Saturday

Just completed the upper body versus lower body coach Dre breathing relatively hard as I try to challenge myself with the 50 lb burnout I couldn't even pick it up had to put it down and go over 30 but I got it in have a blessed day y'all

Happy Tuesday everyone.. hey coach I have a question I've been fasting since yesterday however today I was feeling a little drained so I did go and get me a mega Herbalife tea I just need to know if I mess up my fast if so I'm going to eat lol if not I'll continue to fast
