GM VBF Family I got a question. I’ve been trying to stay away from the scale but it’s not working. I like to keep up with my progress. Anyway I got on the scale yesterday and it’s going up instead of going down. My question is would it be because I’m lifting weights more now? I know muscles weigh more than fat. Please Help😩😩
Because I missed a few workouts last week, I didn't take pics. I worked a double yesterday and have to tomorrow as well so I got in Coach Dre 20 min workout. I made a few modifications but how did I manage to make it a 30 min workout? Smh. It was good tho. Again no pics. Lol
Today was a great workout. I was trying to log on @ 6 and than a friend told me it was @ 7 lol.
When I sweat I feel like I did something and sweat was everywhere this evening. I needed this. Another good workout 💪🏾
