I been working OT in the mornings and having busy evenings but I hit the gym 3 times this week in the morning this was today some low rack pulls and sumo squats… I did other leg ish before this 🔥🔥🔥
Well I got in a 40 minute walk, went to the gym for a full body circuit workout and just completed a quick leg’s recording 💪💪💪. Scuba diving class tonight.
