That was great! I have decided to add 30-minute workouts every Friday. Friday used to be a recovery day for me.

I’m so sorry, Rupa. Dre has a couple of body weight only workouts recorded. I recommend they you focus on that instead of trying to pack equipment, unless you already have resistance bands.

There’s one more benefit of working out and a healthy diet that we don’t talk much about, and that’s recovery from illness. For the past 3 days, I have been low sick. All I could do was sleep and take meds for chills and fever and this awful hacking cough. Today I woke up feeling a little better and decided that I needed to sweat this s#*t out. I managed to last the whole session. Working out enables your body to be stronger to recover more quickly!
