Tried the Green Apple Detox Smoothie today. Not bad at all. My heel is feeling better each day and I have been doing short walking breaks daily. Can't wait to get back to full workouts and especially live sessions

Finally walked for longer than 15 minutes and heel is only in a lil pain. Yay! On my next break doing squats and sit ups. And look I found the right post this time lol smh
