Got in a recorded workout. If I knew there were going to be so many squats and sit-ups/crunches I would have waited to do today’s challenge 😂

good workout this morning.  I used 8 to 12pound weights depending on the move

Had fish and salad for dinner after a workout, fish and rice for lunch and Zumba tonight

Although I did not do a recording today I did do yard work, still a lot of work and sweat
