This morning class was pretty good. Coach Dre pushed us and that’s what I need even thou my arms feel like crying😩.

I didn’t take any pics but I got some cardio in today and strength training by shoveling snow today. We had snow come thru the DMV area and I had to shovel my car out. This supposed to be a rest day🤦🏽‍♀️

Miss class this morning cause maintenance was here to clean out our air vents thru out the whole condo. He had my whole excersize area taken up😩😩😡

I know today is a rest day for us but I had to get something in. This 20 min workout did the job. Whew I’m tired now…🤦🏽‍♀️

I’m laying here reading everyone’s post and getting mad cause I can’t workout right now😡. I’m just missing all the fun😩. But good job ladies👏🏾👏🏾

GM VBF Family I got a question. I’ve been trying to stay away from the scale but it’s not working. I like to keep up with my progress. Anyway I got on the scale yesterday and it’s going up instead of going down. My question is would it be because I’m lifting weights more now? I know muscles weigh more than fat. Please Help😩😩
