Calenthia Jackson mine twists too. I got mine from amazon. Three different sizes. I use the lighter one. My thighs are big I guess that’s why it twists 🤷🏽‍♀️

Done…legs wobbly but I’m done. I felt it more in my lower back when we were doing the weights. 🤷🏽‍♀️

My first time today this week excersizing. I have been recovering from the 24hr virus since Sunday. My son and I did a 2 mile walk. Eyes were full of pollen🤦🏽‍♀️and still is…ugh
