I feel it to Coach. My arms and my inner thighs🤦🏽‍♀️. In class I like to always check to see where my heart rate is at. It got up to 151 in class this morning. It was a really good work out this morning. You and Coach Trish deserve a break. Yall are leaving us in good hands with the prerecorded workouts. Go and enjoy your families❤️❤️

Got the steps in between class this morning and walking pad

I was already up so I went out and walk 2 miles at the school near me before it was time for the kids to start. 4 times around the school is 2 miles. 

I logged on to waiting. Saw the email later the class was canceled
