This is the most consistent I have ever been with meal prep usually I do it Wednesday night but with the step challenge I might need that time, 😊. Chicken stir fry with riced cauliflower and homemade chicken soup.

Similar to coach Trish's recipe for egg bites/ egg muffins,but added cottage cheese for extra protein.

Riced cauliflower ( season as you like ) with ground turkey with black beans ,peppers,onion ,canned tomatoes.Top with some plain Greek yogurt and taco seasoning when ready to eat .
