Grand rising.. completed the full body strength with Coach Dre that was done this past Thursday I think I like this type of training I forgot what you call it where you build the weight I truly feel the pump combine that with coco oils I've been sick and I remember the oil is good for helping to remove the toxins

shoulder press 22.5, attempted 20lbs bicep nah didn't happen lol maybe 2 sloppy ones, 20lb tricep had to take a break after 5 then resumed, 25lb rows, suitcase 25lbs 1st set then 30 for last 2 sets, my God push ups with knees up was only the 1st set lol, nah brah it wasn't happening lol...

Kettle bell with Coach Trish .... I alternated between the 15 lb kettle and the 20 lb barbell I think my 15 lb kettlebell felt heavier LOL

Only at 3193....:( still working at it.... Been in meetings majority of the day so unable to get out but I did get out and get 1 15 minute so I don't have it when I go out on my 30 minute lunch
