Got that 596 reps in from coach's 600 rap strength training yesterday LOL those triceps I couldn't make the last four LOL even try to cheat with it a little bit and give myself an extra push my triceps said nope lol...sweat glow on

Grand rising.. completed the full body strength with Coach Dre that was done this past Thursday I think I like this type of training I forgot what you call it where you build the weight I truly feel the pump combine that with coco oils I've been sick and I remember the oil is good for helping to remove the toxins

Kettle bell with Coach Trish .... I alternated between the 15 lb kettle and the 20 lb barbell I think my 15 lb kettlebell felt heavier LOL
