Grand rising.. completed the full body strength with Coach Dre that was done this past Thursday I think I like this type of training I forgot what you call it where you build the weight I truly feel the pump combine that with coco oils I've been sick and I remember the oil is good for helping to remove the toxins

Kettle bell with Coach Trish .... I alternated between the 15 lb kettle and the 20 lb barbell I think my 15 lb kettlebell felt heavier LOL

Only at 3193....:( still working at it.... Been in meetings majority of the day so unable to get out but I did get out and get 1 15 minute so I don't have it when I go out on my 30 minute lunch

No weights on Monday I welcome yet I have so much sweat I can't even take a picture with my eyes open LOL great workout grateful that I made it because I had been sick since last Thursday now fighting the cold runny nose made it...afterwards I cooked what was a quick 30 minute healthy recipe that I found chicken sausage and orzo it's pretty tasty... y'all have a wonderful evening see you soon

Sweat glow... Did Coach Dre 20 minute low impact cardio plus light dumbbells which really didn't feel light LOL also did the 20 minute abs and deep core video great workouts... That second picture I'm sitting on my window sill trying to get some air y'all have a wonderful Saturday
