Woke up this morning feeling like my body needed to be stretched woke up did a few yoga videos stretching then I wanted to do my rebounder/trampoline so I did a 15 minute workout on that then for whatever reason I decided to do Thursday recording because I missed Thursday class oh g I think my pics says it all y'all have a blessed Sunday

I no longer have a scale as that was just driving me mentally insane I did lose one inch around the waist, my clothes size since I'm purchasing some items for the Dr trip however I can fit a small in something but of course I'm buying a medium LOL but I see that small fit me just right real soon thanks to my great coaches
