Struggling this week….my mom lives overseas and had a major stroke and I am managing logistics in the middle of the night (10.5 hr difference)—in addition to work and “life.”. I will overcome—prayers and moral support appreciated!

Woke up late but got lower body in with body weight!

Did my own workout with the challenges from the last 2 days, in addition to 100 crunches, 100 squats and biceps/triceps! Killed zones 3-4 on my own! Now….LETS GO BUCKS!
