I have a smart scale that measures percentage of muscle and fat mass. It makes me feel a little better when the numbers go up (the muscle % has gone up and fat% going down). However, are your clothes fitting differently? That is success!

Workout 16 on the month….the goal is Angela Bassett arms by my son’s wedding in August, cuz it will be too hot for sleeves!!!

Yesterday’s workout…leaving the phone in the car and having to go back and get it meant I got an actual walk in!
