Excited to be apart of the VBF family, hello - Tamikia Lee, here new to group. I officially joined weds April 27th and my first class 6am w/Dre was awesome. I was truly sore and my body was naturally energized so thank you for that. Thank you ladies for just being amazing the energy is contagious and I love the vibe, looking forward to this journey called healthy lifestyle and fitness.
