Saturday morning- heaviest weight I have is 15 and used it more than usual.

Grand rising.. completed the full body strength with Coach Dre that was done this past Thursday I think I like this type of training I forgot what you call it where you build the weight I truly feel the pump combine that with coco oils I've been sick and I remember the oil is good for helping to remove the toxins
