Had PT this morning turned my watch on while on the bicycle. Came home and did this workout.
Immmmm baaacccckkkkk!!!! Did a quick 20min cardio light weight recording after working 15hrs
30 min walk on the treadmill.
Well workout done- also any ideas my work schedule seems to be changing a lot- any ideas or recommendations for workout times?
