I'm so glad I used Coco's Oils on my belly AND my joints this morning before class, cause the way Trish had my knees giving out on me on Friday after Thursday's workout, and Dre's insanity today, I needed the support! Her oils really do soothe my joints while working out!

Miss class this morning cause maintenance was here to clean out our air vents thru out the whole condo. He had my whole excersize area taken up😩😩😡

Cardio! 30 mins on the bike and 30 mins on the treadmill 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

Hey team, please keep Vivian Rankins lift up in prayer. Tomorrow she’s having knee surgery. 🙏🏽

Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up Mrs. Vivian as she prepares for knee surgery. Lord, You are the Great Physician, the source of all healing and strength. We ask that You guide the hands of her surgeons, bless the medical team with wisdom, and ensure a successful procedure.

Give Mrs. Vivian peace and comfort, replacing any fear with the assurance of Your presence. Strengthen her body, Lord, and grant her a smooth and speedy recovery. Let her feel Your love surrounding her, reminding her that she is never alone.

We trust in Your perfect will and timing, and we thank You in advance for the healing and restoration You will bring. May she be filled with hope and joy, knowing that You hold her in the palm of Your hand.

I know today is a rest day for us but I had to get something in. This 20 min workout did the job. Whew I’m tired now…🤦🏽‍♀️
