We’re going live tomorrow at 10AM EST for a full-body strength class using just a chair and dumbbells. No floor work. Low-impact but still hits hard. Good Morning! Class will be hosted by Coach Roz today at 10am EST. 

We will also be having a pop up class tomorrow (Friday) at 10am EST.
