hello! I am in need of a food tracker. I was using an app provided by my gym but recently left that gym for VBF and the rec center weight room. I would like a free or lost cost app. what are you using??

I have a issue with sugar! I love it!😂 I use this now instead of sugar to cut my calories usage. The caramel syrup has 0 calories. I also use it in my oatmeal with cinnamon and apples. It is a little costly but it lasts. If anyone else has anything to share please do! I need all of the help that I can get!! Lol

Hello, I signed up a while back. I have not workout yet. I suffer from high blood pressure and high cholesterol which I am on meds for. I also have body stiffness and I just dont know where to start.

Good Morning! I have been on a weight loss journey and being honest I joined forever ago and I have not been using the VBF platform. I'm in a Plateau with weight loss and need to kick it in the butt and I'm getting on to do some workouts now is the time! 


Currently will start with VBF Plus ... what tools do I need at home to be the most successful?

Good morning! I did yesterday's awesome Strength Cardio. Been a member since early Dec.
Coach Dre, I'm seeking guidance how often I should do the weight workouts, is every day too much? or is every other day, with more cardio and walking on non-weight days best? Trying to figure how to set up my workout "calendar." thanks so much.
