Zones from Monday's Workout
I have a Fitbit I have no idea😂😂I don't think I press start for most of it. So I took a screen shots. Hopefully this is what your site looking for.
What do you do with the clothes that are now too big. Do you get rid of them or do you hang on to them like a security blanket? I struggle with tossing the clothes that are now too large...."just in case". But just in case of what? Just in case I quit my fitness journey? Just in case I gain the weight back? Just in case exercise becomes too hard or time consuming? I wonder if releasing that "security blanket" will motivate me to keep moving forward towards my goal instead of hanging on to old things and habits. Is there a time period you give yourself for tossing these items (i.e. 6 months at new size)?
