Intentional steps. I'm out of the challenge but determined to get at least 10k daily the rest of this month.

Got it but let's see what tomorrow holds. Have mandatory training so several hours of no stepping.

Hit my 10k already. I mowed the grass. I'm sure I'll do more, but it'll go unaccounted since I need to charge my watch.

Jan. 3, 2024 10k step. Fell a little short. Wasn't in a position today for lots of movement. I'm pleased with this.
