I appreciate the advance notice, although I was late today. In the future, if you could advise of equipment being used, I will like to have my bench out early. I don't have the space to have it out and ready at all times. I have to set it up.

My schedule changed to the midnight shift so I can't make the 6am classes. I was feeling sluggish today and stated to take a break. This 20min was on point, it gave me a push. I had to do something and looking at the longer workouts had me defeated.
