Hello all! I was hoping to start the challenge yesterday but still fighting this cold. Was able to get some meal prep done though! Now on the elliptical for a few minutes on my lunch just to get my body moving a little. Hoping I'll feel better in a couple days to do an actual full workout. Good luck everyone!
