Haven’t been in class due to work, but got my steps in Monday 15444- Tuesday15072 and Wednesday 10111.

Today I completed this! And felt amazing! Hard works does paypff, even when I am not consistent all the time. Thank you couch Dre and Coach Trish for pushing me!!!

Well workout done- also any ideas my work schedule seems to be changing a lot- any ideas or recommendations for workout times?
