Welllll ok ok may not be totally all the way healthy but after that crazy workout tonight, my metabolism should keep it from sticking 😂.... Chicken thighs, spinach and Falfalle noodles....gooood

Well because I miss my Thursday and Saturday class.. I did Coach Dre Thursday versus lower body I'll see that's what probably didn't help with the cocoa oil but I got it in happy Sunday now I'm going to walk for an hour and then go to church blessings y'all
