It was really good...that was my first time making them...I'm about to go and put a plate up as my hubby is tearing it up... he just had a plate and I'm thinking to myself like love...eat breakfast so that this last afterall it's my meal prep... so it should last lol

I got about $2,100 steps in this 20 minute workout I definitely had to take a break and even slow it down so I can see this can definitely easily be 3,000 plus steps

Let me know if it comes through you should definitely check her out I'm preparing something now as I am speaking into this for the next couple of days for dinner which is just chicken and veggies but her stuff is easy and good
