I started with 17.5, used 20lbs for the one barbell exercises but 12.5 on those chest flies

Not Canadian Dry blah hahahahaha

made it...17.5 to 20lbs for legs and 5-15 for upper body lower weights due to shoulders still...great workout...thanks

Thanks coach... I do have an appointment on Wednesday I will be requesting an MRI it is very weird what's going on with my back woke me up at 3:00 in the morning this morning in pain

Used 17.5 the entire time but I can only use the one weight for skull crushers... back and shoulders still causing issues but I will continue to fight
