Thanks coach... I do have an appointment on Wednesday I will be requesting an MRI it is very weird what's going on with my back woke me up at 3:00 in the morning this morning in pain

Challenging but doable.... worked between 15-17.5 slowly as I could feel the pull on the back.... but sweat dripping as I type this msg...
