Grand Rising the last day has finally arrived lol.. woke up this morning body was feeling tight and tense did a 10 minute morning yoga for beginners, followed by coach Dre's yesterday morning class lower body workout yeah I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to get up and down these steps later on throughout the day lol, and then did the upper body challenge for today I still have to do yesterday's challenge chose not to do it because coach Dre's class yesterday included a nice ab workout so maybe yesterday's challenge will get done later on this evening but it's over and we did it even if we missed a day or two I did miss one day through this challenge so I'm not going to be hard on myself until the next challenge oh yeah tomorrow lol peace out
