Isn't there a live class going on right now? Or am I still mixing up my time zones. I'm on Mountain time. West coast is on pacific time right...I thought there was one at 7pm PT time which is 8pm MT my time I think lol 😅

Did I miss the vbf live class for low impact @7pm? I'm new here...trying to figure out how to jump in on a live class 😅
