I’m a day behind….did Thursdays lower body workout-whew!😓 used 12-15# weights.

3/20–Upper body chair workout ✔️….🏋🏻‍♀️ arms are jello!

Catching up…this was yesterday morning.

Workout 16 on the month….the goal is Angela Bassett arms by my son’s wedding in August, cuz it will be too hot for sleeves!!!

Yesterday’s workout…leaving the phone in the car and having to go back and get it meant I got an actual walk in!
