I have a smart scale that measures percentage of muscle and fat mass. It makes me feel a little better when the numbers go up (the muscle % has gone up and fat% going down). However, are your clothes fitting differently? That is success!

Can we do other workouts (walk, spinning, etc) and post those?

Still dealing with a mild tendinitis in the left arm so gonna do your pop up from yesterday and get some steps after that.
