Happy Monday! It's been a hot minute since I've worked πͺ out. Today's a new day & I need to put myself first. My mom was diagnosed with Stage four Colon cancer & I've been going back and forth to be with her. I needed a much needed vacation with my kids in Jamaica. Time to get back in the swing of things. I'm happy to be back. Let's do this!! Starting a 3 day cleanse today. See ya at 10 πͺ
