Good afternoon! Completed Move it Mondays recording. Again, slightly disappointed in the calorie burn because I feel I did better than that. But I ain't paying no mind to these devices because they ain't accurate. I got it done to the best I could and that's all I can do. Now the important part is I don't mess it up with poor nutrition choices. But I won't because I have my meals prepped ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ช
