Workout this am, 5K run, 20 minute legs and gluts w/ resistance band
I definitely got my sweat on this morning. Loved the workout

Yall just don't know I had to talk myself into coming home after work to do the recording from today's workout... two workouts a day may not seem like much to you OGs but this girl is feeling it...feeling it so bad that I hit my knee tonight with the dumbbell LOL I got it in about to go eat some shrimp a sweet potato and some watermelon hope you all survive in the live class tonight until tomorrow...
